BAND NITE PROCEDURES
If you have to cancel or are going to be late,
please call NSYC until 5:00 p.m.

1.
We have use of
the Brookhaven Town Rec. Centers from 6:00-10:00 pm.
2.
We must
maintain a drug free, alcohol free, violent free environment.
3.
We must leave
building as it was when we entered it.
4.
Brookhaven
Town Employee opens building for us by 6:00 pm.
5.
NSYC
staff/chaperones/volunteers arrive at 6:30.
6.
Staff/chaperones/volunteers
immediately rearrange tables and chairs.
7.
Stock
refrigerator with water, soda, put out snacks, put up signs, etc.
8.
Bands should
arrive at 6:30 pm and set up equipment.
9.
Band 1 sets up right away at stage area.

At

Three bands
are scheduled with 45 minute sets.
12.
Breakdown and
set-up time between sets is 15 minutes.
13.
Less breakdown/set-up
time, more play time.
14.
Band 1 goes on
at 7:00 pm and plays until 7:45 pm

Band 3 goes on

17.
Show is over
at 9:45 pm, lights go on and clean up begins.
18.
All guests
must leave the building.
19.
Bands
breakdown equipment and remove from building.
20.
Staff/chaperones/volunteers
put back tables and chairs, etc.
21.
The Brookhaven
Town Employee locks building at 10:00.
22.
Everyone must
be off grounds by 10:15 pm - No loitering!
